Stuffed Hot Dogs and Shepherd's pie

I've been slacking off on my blogging project. More than a week ago, I made mashed potato stuffed stuffed hot dogs, and then shepherd's pie a few days later. I timed it conveneintly after Thanksgiving when there were plenty of leftover mashed potatoes. I have procrastinated grocery shopping to the point that I have eaten dinner at my parent's house the last few nights. I'm planning on going tomorrow, and the cooking will resume.
